According to Phil Shoebottom at RealtimeUK, this new short was created as an internal development piece by a team of 4-5 people over a couple of months. “It’s a bit flickery in places, but we were on a tight deadline before we had to get back to paid work. Only just managed to fit it in. Might see about re-rendering a few bits.” The character bodies are mo-cap, while the faces are hand animated morph targets. The short was created in 3dsmax, rendered in Vray, and completed in After Effects.
